About
I've spent the last decade working across every stage of the customer lifecycle, from the first sales conversation to long-term retention. What I enjoy most is building the systems underneath that make everything work better.
My sweet spot is Revenue Operations, the intersection of data, process, and tooling that determines whether a go-to-market motion scales or stalls. I care deeply about pipeline visibility, clean reporting, and turning raw data into decisions.
Today I lead Sales at Photobooth Supply Co., where I've rebuilt the sales infrastructure from scratch: pipelines, tooling, coaching frameworks, and commission systems, while also running Customer Success and owning the full subscription lifecycle.
My background spans SaaS, hardware, B2B, and B2C, which means I bring a cross-functional perspective to problems that most specialists only see from one angle.
What I do
My work lives at the intersection of data and execution. I'm most energized by RevOps challenges: building the systems, reports, and pipelines that give leadership clarity and give teams direction.
Pipeline architecture, forecasting systems, conversion analysis, and sales process design. I turn complex data, CRM records, usage signals, payment data, into clear and actionable reporting that drives better decisions. My favorite work is making AI and raw HubSpot data actually useful for the business.
Building and coaching sales teams, implementing conversation intelligence, designing compensation structures, and shifting organizations toward revenue-driven metrics.
Scaling CS organizations, building retention and dunning systems, onboarding programs, and subscription lifecycle management from early-stage through growth.
Implementing and integrating CRMs, CS platforms, and data pipelines. Connecting tools so that product usage, payment data, and CRM records work together seamlessly.
Building dashboards and reports that leadership actually uses. Translating messy CRM data and product signals into clean views of pipeline health, churn risk, and revenue trends.
